About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Member Experience Host to join our dynamic team at Fora Space Limited. As a Senior Member Experience Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional experiences for our members and their visitors across our London locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Member Experience Hosts to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including ordering building stock, managing PO's, and maintaining accurate member databases and SharePoint files.
  • Support the Workspace Managers and Member Experience Hosts in their roles, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Role model behavior and lead by example, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth running of our spaces, including events, catering, and maintenance.
  • Problem-solve and think creatively to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality at a Team Leader or Supervisory position.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Comfortable knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Word and Excel.
  • A self-starter nature, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
