About the Role

This senior-level position oversees the planning and execution of our business operations, working closely with key clients to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operational management, client services, and workforce solutions.

The role involves:

  • Ensuring campaign execution meets client expectations and exceeds targets
  • Managing accuracy in store planning and scheduling, resolving issues, and leveraging data for informed decision-making
  • Working closely with clients to manage planning and scheduling of stores and store issues
  • Tracking campaign targets and advising on store selection based on performance data
  • Preparing and distributing work schedules, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Monitoring payroll enquiries and resolving issues with assistance from the Senior Account Manager/Finance Director
About You

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong operational management and client services skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for system processes, development, and compliance management
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to learn new reporting requirements
  • Fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint for building client-facing presentation decks
  • High level of written English and attention to detail
  • Excellent attention to detail and meticulous personal admin
