We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Analyst to support our client's Finance Systems team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance processes and experience working with Oracle Cloud Financial modules.

The Role

As an Oracle Cloud Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Oracle Cloud Fusion system. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the finance team to provide expert support for the Oracle Cloud Fusion system.
  • Investigating and resolving system defects and incidents within the finance domain.
  • Replicating system issues in development environments and assisting with testing changes.
  • Performing system administration tasks, including interface management and ledger control.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to streamline processes and reduce recurring issues.
  • Collaborating with third-party support partners to resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to end users.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Financial modules.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, including month-end procedures and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in system analysis, configuration, and delivering user training.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
