Job Opportunity

Peaple Talent is partnering with a leading global professional services organization to recruit an Oracle Cloud Functional Support Analyst. This role will be part of the Finance Systems Team and will focus on supporting the newly implemented Oracle Cloud Fusion system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Finance team to deliver high-quality system reports, analysis, and support to meet business needs.
  2. Provide support services for the Cloud instance of Oracle Fusion, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, Accounting Hub, FCCS, EPM, and OIC modules.
  3. Investigate and resolve incidents and defects related to the full end-to-end process, Oracle EBS modules, and connected systems to the Finance domain.
  4. Replicate system issues in development environments and support testing changes to ensure they pass acceptance testing.
  5. Perform system administration, maintenance, interface management, and support for control of Opening/Closure of ledgers during month-end periods.
  6. Work with 3rd Party support partners to resolve issues using their ticket portals.
  7. Highlight major impacting issues to the Oracle Support Manager to ensure business impact is managed.
Requirements
  1. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Financial modules with 4+ years of experience.
  2. Experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects is valuable, along with a strong understanding of finance processes.
  3. Proficient in analyzing requirements, configuring systems, conducting user training, and providing ongoing support.
  4. Oracle certifications are a bonus.
