About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pension Administration Team Leader to join our team at GBS - Global. As a key member of our pension administration team, you will be responsible for leading a team of administrators in the delivery of high-quality pension services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pension administrators in the delivery of pension services to clients
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on pension-related matters
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in pension administration, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of pension regulations and legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
