- Assist the CSD Team Manager as required, providing support and guidance to ensure seamless team operation.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in occupational pension scheme administration, including management and mentoring.
- Logical approach to problem-solving, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize workloads.
- Ability to communicate complex calculations in simple terms, with confidence in providing feedback and coaching.
- Knowledge of pension administration procedures, including treasury and payroll management.
