Pensions Scheme Administration Manager - DB Schemes

Competitive salary and excellent benefits package available for a passionate and highly experienced DB Pensions professional to join a leading Pensions Consultancy.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a rapidly growing DB team, shaping, developing and mentoring a Pensions Administration team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a wide range of Pensions Administration, Management and Consultancy tasks
  • Overseeing and reviewing team performance, identifying training requirements and ensuring successful development
  • Liaising with HR, taking a proactive role in recruitment, retention and training
  • Supervision of client projects, annual renewals and production of trustee and client reports

This is a great career opportunity for someone with in-depth knowledge of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes and strong experience in a supervisory, leadership or management role.
