HR Advisor Job Description

Morgan Fraser Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment activities, providing professional and commercial first-line support, and assisting with people activities and communications within the HR remit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with all recruitment activities, including liaising with agencies, using recruiting platforms, and social networks, to attract and onboard top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Provide general professional and commercial first-line support, advice, and guidance on employment issues and employee relations.
  • HR Operations: Assist with all people activities and communications within the HR remit, including preparing various analyses, statistics, KPIs, annual reviews, and reports.
  • Training and Development: Enhance competencies by designing and/or delivering fit-for-purpose training material/solutions.
  • Project Support: Assist with projects, payroll, and/or benefit preparations as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior experience of recruitment within a HR role/team, including liaising with agencies, using recruiting platforms, and social networks.
  • Skills: Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and office software skills, with good knowledge of hiring practices and stages.
  • Qualifications: CIPD qualified or relevant experience, with working knowledge of UK employment law.
