Job Mission

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional BeMS support to allocated bases, while also providing a proactive approach and developing meaningful relationships with customers. This role requires you to demonstrate our values and contribute to driving service transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operate within Schneider Electric policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and responsible work environment, with a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe behavior.
  2. Deliver best-in-class service to customers.
  3. Provide clear and concise service reports that showcase the value of Schneider Electric.
  4. Identify energy and enhancement projects to suggest opportunities beneficial for both parties.
  5. Participate in the team call-out roster and support other team members when possible.

Required Skills and Attributes

  1. An Electrical background, BMS, and/or HVAC industry experience would be beneficial but not necessary.
  2. Previous experience in the Field Service environment, where you had to care for customers.
  3. Ability to demonstrate related work experience and a strong track record in a similar role.
  4. Hold a full driving license.
