Field Service Engineer Opportunity

Professional Technical Ltd is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for completing service, repair, and inspection jobs to a high standard, building strong relationships with customers, and developing skills and knowledge of the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete all allocated service, repair, and inspection jobs to a high-quality standard.
  • Build strong rapport and relationships with customers through professional behavior and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Respond to routine enquiries from customers about the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
  • Develop skills and knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Comply with all legal and company standards, such as the code of conduct and H&S practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Plant Fitter, Construction Plant, or FLT will be considered.
  • Qualification to Level 2, preferably apprentice trained.
  • Multi-skilled engineering experience with heavy plant equipment and working with hydraulic systems.
  • Able to read and follow electrical wiring diagrams.
  • Experience in fault finding and diagnostics of CANBUS systems, as well as electrical fault finding.
