Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aesthetic Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing proactive support, and developing meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Safely and Responsibly: Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric policies and guidelines to maintain a safe and responsible work environment.
  • Customer Ownership: Take ownership of your customer base to meet and exceed contractual requirements.
  • Deliver Best-in-Class Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, identifying and resolving operational issues.
  • Service Reporting: Deliver clear and concise service reports that demonstrate the value of Schneider Electric.
  • Proactive Solutions: Identify and provide quoted solutions for improvements, upgrades, or repairs.
  • Energy and Enhancement Projects: Identify opportunities for energy and enhancement projects that benefit both parties.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team call-out rota and support other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Electrical Background: An electrical background, BMS, and/or HVAC industry experience is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Field Service Experience: Previous experience in the field service environment, with a focus on customer care.
  • Learning and Development: A motivated individual willing to learn about Schneider Electric's product range.
  • Related Work Experience: A strong track record in similar roles, with a positive attitude and constructive approach.
  • Driving License: A full driving license is required.
