Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aesthetic Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate within Schneider Electric policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and responsible work environment.
  • Take ownership of your customer base to meet and exceed contractual requirements.
  • Deliver best-in-class service to customers, identifying and resolving operational issues.
  • Provide clear and concise service reports, highlighting the value of Schneider Electric.
  • Proactively identify and provide quoted solutions for improvements, upgrades, or repairs.
  • Identify energy and enhancement projects, suggesting opportunities beneficial for both parties.
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers and Sales to drive larger opportunities.
  • Participate in the team call-out rota and support other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the field service environment, with a focus on customer care.
  • Electrical background, BMS, and/or HVAC industry experience is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Motivated individual with a strong track record in similar roles.
  • Positive attitude and constructive approach.
  • Full driving license.
