Electronics Field Service Engineer for Laboratory Imaging

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of laboratory imaging systems as an Electronics Field Service Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and calibration of sophisticated laboratory imaging systems used in pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and repair of laboratory imaging systems, including installation and calibration.
  • Support for imaging products located at customer sites.
  • Collaboration with customers to resolve technical issues and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Competent background in customer-facing field service engineering, preferably in high-value capital equipment environments.
  • Applications are encouraged from engineers with a broad range of backgrounds, including laboratory device, medical device, pharmaceutical device, ex-forces engineers, and other electronic or electro-mechanical sectors.
  • Qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject to a minimum of ONC level.
