Electronics Field Service Engineer, Laboratory Imaging

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading laboratory equipment manufacturer as an Electronics Field Service Engineer, responsible for the service, installation, repair, and calibration of sophisticated laboratory imaging systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and installation of laboratory imaging systems in pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments
  • Repair and calibration of imaging products located at customer sites
  • Provide technical support and training to customers
Requirements:
  • Competent background in customer-facing field service engineering, gained in a high-value capital equipment environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
