Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and multi-skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine servicing, fault finding, repairs, breakdowns, installations, and commissioning of bespoke machinery and equipment.
  • Provide remote access diagnostics and support to customers.
  • Deliver operator training and support to ensure seamless equipment operation.
  • Complete accurate service records and job reports, including time on site and parts/spares log.
Requirements:
  • Engineering-based qualification, such as HNC/HND.
  • Knowledge of packaging machinery or similar.
  • Electrical knowledge, including fault finding, schematics, wiring, and basic PLC programming skills.
  • Mechanical knowledge, including conveyors, gearing, bearings, and fabrication skills.
  • Valid full UK driving license.

  • Competitive salary range: GBP40,000 - GBP50,000.
