Job Title: Field Sales

Job Summary:
Mana Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Field Sales professional to join their team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for taking a consultative approach to sales, providing clients with solutions that meet their specific needs. You will also be required to attend sales appointments, self-generate new leads, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Attend sales appointments and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B field sales, with a strong understanding of consultative sales processes.
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of self-generating leads and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A full driving license and ability to travel extensively.
