Job Title: Restaurant General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at WAGAMAMA LIMITED. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a restaurant team in a fast-paced environment, driving sales, and inspiring your team to deliver a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a restaurant team in a fast-paced environment

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, labor, and customer service
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff

  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve profitability
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Experience with inventory management and labor scheduling
