We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Restaurant or Cafe General Manager to lead one of our cafes in a busy environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cafe, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to deliver an exceptional level of customer service
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in all areas of a cafe/restaurant
- Demonstrate your ability to lean into challenges, develop solutions, and be the face of our brand at all levels
- Drive results and perform performance management of your teams through mentorship and coaching
- Ensure the cafe runs to a high standard even when you're not there
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in a busy restaurant environment
- Big-hearted approach to coaching and developing other members of the team
- Natural leadership skills, assuming responsibility to ensure the restaurant runs to a high standard
- First-class service is your priority
