About the Role

As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, you'll be responsible for driving manufacturing excellence across our production lines. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process changes, and analyze data to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects, leveraging tools like 5S, SMED, and Lean Six Sigma
  • Collaborate with production, technical, hygiene, and engineering teams to embed best practices and drive manufacturing excellence
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable insights to inform decision-making
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge in continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
  • A track record of success in food manufacturing, with a strong understanding of production processes and systems
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
