Job Description

**Job Title:** Financial Administrator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and accounts payable/receivable
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial administration or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
