**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Finance Team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all supplied invoices, preparing payments for payment runs, and ensuring Purchase ledgers are up-to-date.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Inputting invoices and expenses into our financial system
- Managing all supplied invoices and preparing payments for payment runs
- Reviewing aged creditors and debtors
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to telephone enquiries
- Performing other office administrative duties as required
**Requirements:**
- Enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a team
- Confident with Microsoft, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
