Job Opportunity in Photonics Engineering

At Darwin Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Photonics Engineer to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our Photonic Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative optical systems and laser technology.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Photonics, Optics, Laser Physics, Mathematics, Physics, or Material Science. If you have a deep understanding of topics such as photonics, optical systems, fiber optics, laser technology, quantum optics, spectroscopy, nanophotonics, and bio-optics, we want to hear from you.

As a Photonics Engineer at Darwin Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from research and development to product design and implementation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative optical systems and laser technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring projects from concept to reality
  • Conduct research and development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Photonics
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports

Requirements:

  • MS or PhD level education in Photonics, Optics, Laser Physics, Mathematics, Physics, or Material Science
  • Strong understanding of photonics, optical systems, fiber optics, laser technology, quantum optics, spectroscopy, nanophotonics, and bio-optics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
