The successful candidate will oversee a sophisticated project focused on the synchronization of user data across various platforms, the automation of manual workflows, and the ETL processes necessary for data migration between applications.

In this role, you will not only manage and execute technical testing phases but also support users throughout Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead testing efforts on a complex integration initiative, including planning, coordinating testing activities, identifying risks, and monitoring progress
  • Analyze user stories and technical documentation, providing constructive feedback
  • Review, update, prioritize, and define the execution order for existing test scenarios
  • Identify deficiencies in current test scenarios and enhance them as necessary
  • Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure critical business systems operate according to user stories and specifications
  • Report issues and facilitate triage sessions
  • Coordinate and facilitate OAT and UAT processes
  • Summarize testing outcomes in a report for product owners and project managers
  • Create and maintain a prioritized, user-friendly test pack for future regression testing

Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years leading complex integration projects from inception to completion
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in testing complex integration initiatives
  • Experience with digital identity management projects
  • Proficient in testing data migration processes using ETL tools (e.g., Talend)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, particularly in navigating the Google Admin Console
  • Experience in testing procedural documentation
  • Preferably knowledgeable in testing Patronum Policies and Forms
  • Ability to validate data within Microsoft Active Directory
  • Prior experience utilizing JIRA for project management
