About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administration services for our SSAS product, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer all cash flow transactions, including transfers, pension sharing orders, contributions, benefit calculations, loans, and borrowings.
  • Establish new business and takeover cases, including AML checks, eligibility, and establishing new bank accounts.
  • Perform general administration duties, including annual reviews, processing and submitting RPSRs, answering client queries, maintaining a diary and post system, and ensuring work is produced within service level agreements.
  • Maintain a diary system in line with service level agreements and keep spreadsheet and database records up to date.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, including AML, Clear Desk, ID&V, and Conduct Risk.
Requirements
  • Customer service administration experience gained within financial services.
  • SSAS, SIPP, or Pensions experience, including property, is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Positive and confident attitude.
  • Awareness of HMRC rules relating to pension schemes is desirable.
  • Awareness of commercial property and loanback transactions is an advantage.
