Position Overview
The successful candidate will join a dedicated validation team, focusing on maintaining an accurate and efficient patient follow-up waiting list.
Responsibilities will include gathering patient demographic information from the Trust's database, as well as validating and refining the waiting list to ensure its integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough validation of patient pathways in compliance with Patient Access protocols.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of operational processes, practices, and protocols related to patient management.
- Investigate discrepancies within pathways and update the waiting list to reflect accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all patient groups are effectively managed.
- Meet team performance targets consistently.
- Utilize spreadsheets and other internal data tools to analyze and present information clearly.
- Address complex queries or issues raised by the team promptly.
- Notify the Director of Planning & Performance regarding any data that may pose a risk to patient clinical safety.
- Identify and report trends observed during the validation process.
