Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as an Outpatient Scheduling Specialist with Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. This role is pivotal in ensuring we achieve several government targets around patient waiting times.

Main Duties of the Job

  • As a member of the Patient Access Team, you will be responsible for making and rescheduling patient appointments using the electronic patient record platform.
  • You will also be dealing with queries from internally and externally, providing an efficient and effective administration service.
