Key Responsibilities:
  • Lettings Administration: Maintain up-to-date and accurate lettings and rental data in all systems.
  • Marketing and Presentation: Ensure the presentation of available apartments meets high standards by coordinating with the cleaning team.
  • Online Marketing: Manage online marketing for available apartments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile demographic data, reports, and provide insightful commentary.
  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries in line with agreed service levels.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with third-party agents as needed.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular rent analysis of the local market in collaboration with the General Manager, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Leasing Director.
  • Tenant Management: Meet prospective tenants, conduct viewings, and negotiate rental offers.
  • Onboarding: Complete applicant vetting and new let paperwork following strict procedures.
  • Performance Reporting: Compile regular letting performance reports for senior management and client discussions.
  • Communication: Coordinate resident communication through various channels, including social media.
  • Rent Recommendations: Advise key stakeholders on recommended rents for new and renewing leases.
  • Renewal Management: Manage renewal communications and negotiations.
  • Move-In Process: Ensure tenant move-ins are seamless by preparing arrival packs and keys.
  • Community Development: Contribute to creating a best-in-class community through communication, events, and innovation.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by the General Manager or Senior Portfolio Manager.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and applicants.
Requirements:
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, dynamic approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with an understanding of residents' needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft platforms including Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.

Benefits:
