Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high standards of presentation and display.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and that stock levels are maintained.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
