About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualitative Researcher to join our Research and Strategy team at ENI – Elizabeth Norman International. As a Qualitative Lead, you will be responsible for designing and conducting qualitative fieldwork, including face-to-face focus groups, workshops, interviews, and ethnography, often with children and young people in educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct qualitative fieldwork, including focus groups, workshops, interviews, and ethnography, with a focus on youth research and education policy.
  • Line manage a team of 2 researchers.
  • Project manage and deliver full-service projects, including client management and internal sales support.
  • Support the development of business proposals, credentials decks, and pitches.

We work with leading brands, government, charities, and partners to drive social impact and better understand the needs of young people.
