Our multidisciplinary team combines expertise in behavioural economics, cognitive and social psychology, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, creative design, advanced data analytics, and communications consultancy to provide a comprehensive behavioural service to UK Government. Our work is intellectually stimulating, often addressing sensitive topics, and contributes meaningfully to societal improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring the project team, serving as the primary contact for clients, facilitating workshops, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards in analysis and reporting.
  • Participating in business development initiatives – spearheading proposals and pitches, fostering new client relationships, and contributing to profile-raising efforts.
  • Building strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize value from mutual perspectives.
  • Collaborating with experts to enhance our offerings by leveraging advanced knowledge and skills, creating innovative solutions, and providing team training.
  • Managing one or more team members, supporting their professional growth and contributions.

Your Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in qualitative social research within a research agency.
  • Proven project management experience, with exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to lead a research team to deliver outstanding results on time and within budget.
  • A passion for contributing to the leadership of a dynamic, innovative team.
  • A knack for innovative project design and the commercial acumen to leverage this for developing new business opportunities.
  • A strong affinity for client engagement, acting as a trusted advisor.
