Role Overview: As a result of our expanding operations, we are seeking a Senior Research Executive/Research Manager with a robust background in qualitative research. This position entails overseeing daily project and client management for extensive social research initiatives in the UK, which includes project planning, research design, ensuring quality delivery, managing profitability, and supervising junior researchers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the smooth execution of projects, engaging with clients, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct qualitative research activities to support project objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

- Solid understanding of project budgeting and financial oversight.
Qualitative Research Expertise:
- Experience in tool design, including recruitment materials and discussion guides.
- Proficient in data collection methods such as depth interviews and group discussions.
- Ability to conduct qualitative analysis, including thematic framework analysis.
- Strong writing and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Genuine interest in public policy; specialized policy knowledge is a plus.
