Key Responsibilities
  • Combine behavioural science and neuroscience theories with advanced research designs to gather, analyse, and interpret behavioural insights.
  • Lead the entire qualitative research process, from ideation and design to data collection and insight dissemination.
  • Oversee a team of behavioural scientists, ensuring that research projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that enhance business outcomes, making your work indispensable to clients.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their needs are met and communicated effectively throughout the research process.
  • Play a key role in delivering the Implicit Research module as part of our Academy programme.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in psychology, behavioural science, neuroscience, or a related field, or 2+ years of experience leading qualitative research.
  • A deep understanding of advanced qualitative research design and techniques.
  • Proven ability to translate client needs into compelling research projects.
  • Demonstrable experience in a relevant business context, such as behavioural science or people analytics.
  • A strong desire to learn and apply behavioural science and neuroscience techniques in your research.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative spirit, balanced with the autonomy to lead your own projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with implicit research theory and techniques.
  • Proficiency in qualitative data analysis tools like NVivo or AtlasTi.
  • Knowledge of social psychology, anthropology, or sociology.
