About the Role

The post is advertised for a full-time Research Fellow (UCL Grade 7, 100% FTE) or a part-time Senior Research Fellow (UCL Grade 8, 80% FTE).

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and conducting mixed-methods behavioural research within the BR-UK research consortium.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research studies about national capability-building in behavioural research.
  • Collaborate with researchers and practitioners from multiple disciplines and sectors across the BR-UK consortium.
  • Support BR-UK's national network, conferences and events.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships spanning public, private and third sectors.

Additional Responsibilities for Grade 8

  • Lead and project manage research studies involving other researchers.
  • Deliver and evaluate capability-building initiatives, such as coaching and training courses.
  • Take an active role in BR-UK's national network, through building stakeholder relationships and being part of organising events and webinars.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioural research and a proven track record of conducting mixed-methods studies.
