Groundworks Project Manager

Fawkes and Reece, a leading Civil Engineering and Groundworks Specialist Contractor, is seeking a highly skilled Sub Agent / Site Manager to join their team on a major groundworks project in the Southwestern Region.
The project, part of a major new garden city, has an anticipated lifespan of at least two years and potential for further three years. The company has been on site for nine years, and the incoming individual will be responsible for assisting the visiting Director and on-site Works Manager.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in groundworks, with experience in bulk excavation, earthworks, reinforced earth bunds, site clearance, road construction, and other related services. They will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with the project team, clients, and stakeholders. They will be proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
