Overview

The National Trust is celebrated for its exceptional culinary offerings and hospitality. We manage numerous cafés across the UK, and we are in search of a Culinary Operations Supervisor to oversee our establishment.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, spanning 5 days out of 7, which may include weekends and public holidays. Shifts are scheduled from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, ensuring no evening or split shifts.
Compensation: £25,000 annually

Role Responsibilities

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will provide daily guidance to your team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to all café patrons. This role requires adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Your primary focus will be on front-of-house operations, directly engaging with customers and serving food and beverages. A passion for customer interaction, a positive attitude, and a commitment to outstanding service are essential.
Utilizing your keen attention to detail, you will ensure that all displays and signage are accurate and that food presentation is appealing. Occasionally, you may assist the kitchen staff with food preparation.
You will also play a key role in onboarding and training new team members, fostering a culture of excellent service and memorable experiences for our guests.
We will provide a comprehensive induction tailored to your role, along with training in food safety and allergens, as well as ongoing professional development opportunities.
