The primary focus of this position will be to oversee kitchen operations and guarantee a consistent and high-caliber culinary output. As a Senior Culinary Supervisor, you will collaborate with a team of 20 and report directly to the Executive Chef.

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the kitchen Ensure compliance with all HACCP standards and Health and Safety regulations.
