Job Title: Marketing Campaign Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and consideration of the Fibrus brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute fully integrated advertising campaigns to increase awareness of Fibrus in newly released areas and drive sales during key moments of the year.
  • Manage external advertising agency to ensure all marketing campaign activities are targeted, on time, and on budget.
  • Work with digital colleagues and agencies to ensure campaigns are truly through the line, driving traffic to the website, social media growth, and online engagement.
  • Communicate campaigns to the business through internal communications and present performance-related results of all marketing campaign activities on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements
  • High-level understanding of advertising and digital marketing.
  • Experience in developing and building omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience across a range of marketing channels, including social media platforms, digital advertising, OOH, Radio, Press, etc.
  • Ability to measure campaign performance and use digital analytics tools and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines within a team environment.
