Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Executive to join our team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing trusted advisor relationships with existing and new clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and serving as the focal point of contact for all client account matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client account matters, including communication, issue resolution, and account management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful provision of client services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on our CRM system.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events to promote products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar customer service-focused role within a B2B product/service environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels, with both clients and internal colleagues.
  • Able to build long-term and mutually successful business relationships.
  • Skilled in identifying and delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Confident and experienced in handling challenging situations that may arise when managing client expectations.
  • Good working knowledge of a current CRM system, preferably Microsoft AX.
  • May have experience with stock control software systems, but not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with a creative flair.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of c £31,000, plus a quarterly company profit-related bonus and other benefits.
