About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Executive to join our team at Candidate Source. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow and expand their business with us.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients, leveraging your expertise and knowledge of our products and services.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all client account matters, ensuring timely and successful provision of services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the process.
  • Client Records and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on our CRM system, providing regular reporting and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Representative and Ambassador: Represent our company at trade shows and events, promoting our products and services to potential clients and partners.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience working in a similar customer service-focused role within a B2B product/service environment.
  • Communication and Influencing: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a track record of building long-term and mutually successful business relationships.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to think critically and solve problems, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in a current CRM system, preferably Microsoft AX, and experience with stock control software systems.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
