Resourcery Group is a leading international business based in North Wales that is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join their Management Accounts team.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Financial Controller & Finance Director to gain a broad understanding of day-to-day operations and contribute to the company's financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning processes and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
  • Reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business growth
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
