Job Title: Customer Care Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Advisor to join our team at S4 Personnel Ltd. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, working closely with them to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer queries via phone and email
  • Work with customers to organise early settlements, maturities and terminations
  • Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Record all communication on the database accurately
  • Make outbound calls to build relationships and provide support
  • Communicate potential issues to Team Leaders

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
