Aldrich & Company Limited, a prominent player in Financial Services, is seeking a dedicated team member to provide support to Managing Directors and their teams.

This role involves working in the office four days a week, with one day designated for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing complex scheduling for the team
  • Coordinating meetings and special events
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for the team
  • Proactively identifying and addressing potential scheduling conflicts
  • Arranging both domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Planning client dinners, entertainment, and in-house catering
  • Managing email correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters, and ensuring follow-up
  • Collaborating with clients and internal banking teams
  • Working closely with fellow PAs within the organization

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Team Assistant or Personal Assistant in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the Financial Services industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Capability to establish quick rapport with colleagues
  • Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work in-office four days a week
