Key Responsibilities:- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Travel to potential and existing customers within the assigned sales area to present our company portfolio of products and services.
- Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
- Plan, research, and execute potential sales opportunities to drive profitable market share growth for the business.
- Consistently deliver against set goals and targets.
- Industry knowledge is essential.
- Strong sales track record.
- Ability to manage own geographical area to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Previous account management experience within the power transmission industry.
- Proactive approach to drive sales forward.
- Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organized and planned approach to creating sales opportunities.
- Ideal qualifications include ONC/HNC Mechanical engineering standard.
- Experience of selling to large/medium OEM accounts.
- A dynamic, organized, results-driven individual.
- £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary plus sales incentive scheme.
- 25 days + bank holidays.
- Pension scheme – 4% company contribution.
- Laptop & mobile phone.
