Job Description

Wright Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue by creating opportunities and finding new business within the South West region of the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Travel to potential and existing customers within the assigned sales area to present our company portfolio of products and services.
  • Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
  • Plan, research, and execute potential sales opportunities to drive profitable market share growth for the business.
  • Consistently deliver against set goals and targets.
Requirements:
  • Industry knowledge is essential.
  • Strong sales track record.
  • Ability to manage own geographical area to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Previous account management experience within the power transmission industry.
  • Proactive approach to drive sales forward.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized and planned approach to creating sales opportunities.
  • Ideal qualifications include ONC/HNC Mechanical engineering standard.
  • Experience of selling to large/medium OEM accounts.
  • A dynamic, organized, results-driven individual.
Benefits:
  • £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary plus sales incentive scheme.
