About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at Nike Cheshire Oaks. As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of Nike, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class service to consumers, utilizing your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge.
  • Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
  • Support various store departments, including operating the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, and recommending products to reach sales targets.
  • Utilize your knowledge of digital devices to create a seamless experience between online and offline sales or services.
  • Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with sales trends, Nike products, services, and culture through ongoing training and development.

Requirements

  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
  • Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
  • Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
