Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Retail Sales Advisor at our Liverpool One store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Process sales and refunds, manage cash and card payments, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling, and achieve sales targets.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and display, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Support in receiving and storing stock, and maintain a high level of stock accuracy.
Requirements:
- Recent retail and/or customer service experience, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
