About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at Nike Cheshire Oaks. As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of Nike, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service and product knowledge to our consumers.
- Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
- Support various store departments, including operating cash registers, managing incoming and outgoing goods, and refilling products on the shop floor.
- Recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Use digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
- Inform consumers and new teammates about Nike products and services.
- Improve your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and seek insights on sales trends, Nike products, services, and culture.

Qualifications
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
