We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Havelock Court Care Home. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for managing new enquiries, providing advice and support, and conducting show-arounds within the care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
- Manage new enquiries and provide advice and support
- Conduct show-arounds within the care home
- Support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties
- Deal with enquiries in a timely manner and ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role
