About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Retail Artist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the creation of visually appealing store displays and window displays that showcase our products and services.
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions to engage with customers and drive sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
