Job Title: Part-time Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Sales Associate to join our team at Deciem Beauty Group in Commercial Street. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Determine customer needs and suggest relevant products by listening to their needs and sharing product knowledge acquired during brand training.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met and responsible for opening/closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures (e.g. loss prevention, safety standards, returns).
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Retail and luxury industry is highly desirable and ideally, within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors.
  • Desire to spread brand awareness and contribute to a positive, fun, and professional team environment.
