Store Associate Opportunity

At Deciem Beauty Group, we're seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our team in Commercial Street. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to a positive, fun, and professional team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, reflecting our vision through excellent service.
  • Determine customer needs and suggest relevant products by listening and sharing product knowledge acquired during brand training.
  • Ensure quality, customer service, and health and safety standards are met, and be responsible for opening/closing procedures.
  • Comply with policies and procedures, such as loss prevention, safety standards, and returns.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Retail and luxury industry, ideally within Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors.
  • Desire to spread brand awareness and contribute to a positive team environment.
